I’m excited to introduce a new feature for our clients: The Order Status Page. This feature is currently in beta testing with a select group of clients to ensure it’s user-friendly for both you and me. Initially, the status page will be updated manually as orders progress, providing a mostly accurate view of your order status. In the near future, the system will be fully automated, allowing the progress bar to update as we move through each production stage. You’ll also receive automatic text notifications when your order advances to the next stage. Your feedback or questions about this new feature are greatly appreciated as we refine it! Thank you!
